STREET ART
The Street Art must make public what is private and what is public not private.
a concrete wall without any knowledge horrendous placed in the middle of a landscape (urban or rural) is a private good (often publicly owned) that takes the landscape powerfully, that is a public good. This is the terroir of street art. But it is not enough: why go back to being the public must act in a "public" trying to give an aesthetic and possibly even content (idea-reflection-free).
A graffiti artist who does his style tags cartoonist-pompous-japan-americanoide does street art, but the opposite: it deprives the public of a public place by putting the above pisciatina his dog.
The worst thing is that the Street Art of Murals and Graffiti is put into the same pot as that of graffiti-vandals: and how to consider the same two people for the simple fact that we are both in the same place. It will be absurd?
